WILLIAM PATRICK FLYNN founded TRI-Add Equity in 1999.  The past 10 years he has spent developing this boutique business development company utilizing relational, intellectual, financial and at times political capital to structure joint venture partnerships within the TRI-Add business model. Bill draws from his global data base and has worked on engagements in the real estate industry tethered to developers, banks and equity funds in addition to public and private institutions. Tactful, but with a direct and highly strategic approach Bill has worked on multiple real estate projects throughout the United States, St. Croix USVI, and the Dominican Republic. In addition to his real estate ventures Bill is an insurance broker and continues his work on sophisticated policy placements in life insurance as well as penetration into the petro-chemical markets for property and casualty. Ongoing joint venture partnership opportunities through the use of Strategic Alliances and JV Partnerships within these insurance ventures are positioned for significant growth.
Continued to be motivated by his entrepreneurial spirit Bill purchased his first company back in 2002, an automotive aftermarket distribution center in Chicago IL.
Bill holds and maintains a real estate broker’s license as well as property/casualty and life licenses within the insurance industry. Bill is a licensed Export Import Bank of the United States broker for credit insurance. Bill is also a credentialed mediator.
During the 1990’s Bill was employed by a major paper broker based out of NYC in which he became accomplished in the purchasing, selling and financing of paper deals on a global basis; building a multi –million dollar book of business with highly recognized magazine and book publishers, in addition to catalog companies and printers.
Bill Flynn was born and raised in Philadelphia Pa. He obtained a Jesuit education by graduating from Saint Joseph’s Preparatory High School in Philadelphia and then graduated from Ursinus College in Collegeville, Pa. with a B.S. degree. Bill continues his ongoing education by studying economics, contract law, insurance and real estate. Bill is a sports enthusiast, married/2 step children and resides in Chicago, IL. Bill is also passionate on behalf of homelessness charity.
