Sirius will align themselves with institutional investment managers to ensure the solvency of their buy back program. Additionally, we understand the need to further safeguard the programs assets and have contracted with a major financial institution to provide custodial services including administrating the various aspects of the asset management program. We are currently investigating relationships with reinsurance companies that will further enhance the creation of our insurance Captive once launched.
