STEVEN WEISS is a financial industry veteran having worked on the equity and debt trading floors for investment banks such as Merrill Lynch, DLJ, and most recently for the real estate investment bank the Carlton Group as CIO. At the Carlton Group, Steven was responsible for building a state-of-the-art exchange-trading platform called Carlton Exchangewhich has handled billions of commercial real estate transactions in the past 4 years including Trump Soho Condo Hotel, Manhattan House, and 666 Fifth Avenue transactions.

He also brings years of expertise overseeing transactional-based websites such as Expedia, Hotels.com, HSN.com and Ticketmaster.com from his tenure as VP of Technology for Barry Diller’s Internet conglomerate. At Interactive Corporation he assisted in the divestiture of NBC/Universal TV assets and the acquisitions of Citysearch.com and Sidewalk.com from Microsoft Corporation.

His focus at Sirius Value Protection is to create technology based patent requirements for their patent applications while deploying the underlying algorithms and models for Sirius' proprietary web based applications and software. He manages all Internet Technology for the company and is working on the launch of our consumer based management site for developers and buyers of Sirius protected real estate.
